Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Titan Steed VPN mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App provides a simple, one-click VPN service using global nodes to deliver high-speed, stable network access. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not use the App to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware; engage in hacking or fraud; bypass geographic restrictions unlawfully; or disrupt the App's infrastructure. You are solely responsible for your activities while using the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App (including all code, design, and content) is owned by Kerafc LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid features and subscriptions are subject to fees. All sales are final and non-refundable except as provided in the separate Return Policy.

For purchases through Google Play, Google's refund policy may also apply. Google is authorized to handle payments on behalf of Kerafc LLC as described in the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerafc LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kerafc LLC from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated immediately for any breach of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
