Return and Refund Policy for Titan Steed VPN

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

1. General Rule

Titan Steed VPN is a digital product. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided below.

2. Limited Exceptions

A refund request will be considered only in the following circumstances:

Exception Condition
Material technical defect A persistent defect prevents normal use, and the issue cannot be resolved after 3 business days of support.
Duplicate/erroneous charge You are overcharged or charged for an unauthorized transaction.
Legal requirement A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase to info@kerafcc.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Transaction ID]". Include your purchase email and a detailed description of the issue.

4. Google Play Purchases

For purchases through Google Play, a refund may be requested directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, this policy governs.

5. Processing

Requests are acknowledged within 3 business days. A decision will be notified within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. No Pro-Rata Refunds

Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period.

7. Mandatory Refunds (Google Play Requirement)

As required by the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement (Section 8.2), if the App is removed from Google Play due to a lawful takedown (e.g., IP infringement or legal violation), full refunds will be issued to users who purchased within the preceding 12 months.
